Welcome to the Village of Arthur utility billing page!
The Village of Arthur took over the water and sewer utility billing in 2016 after many years of being outsourced. We are doing our best to find new and innovative ways to allow you to pay your bills. It is our intentions to make the process as smooth and easy as possible for our customers.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
You are able to pay in the office by cash, check, or credit card during business hours, in our drop box located west of our front door near the entrance to the parking lot, and now you have the option to pay online!
The new water billing software will allow you to see the amount that you owe and your usage.
You will need a Username and Password.
The Username is your first 4 letters of your last name (lowercase) and your account code.
The Password is your account code.

Water bill customers can sign up for automatic payment withdrawal! Please enter your information and expect your payment to be withdrawn from your account on or around the 10th of every month.
eChecks, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
There is a convenience fee charged for using the credit card system. The fee is not charged or collected by the Village of Arthur.
Those fees are as follows:
Credit Cards (In office, or online)
-For payments $0.00-$60.00, the convenience fee is $1.50
-For payments $60.01+, the convenience fee is 2.25%
-For payments $0.00-$100.00, the convenience fee is $0.95.
-For payments $100.01+, the convenience fee is 3.90%
Please allow 2-3 business days for your payment to be posted to your account.
